Copilot Agent & SDLC Context Platform Engineer

ALTEN Polska is seeking a skilled Copilot Agent & SDLC Context Platform Engineer to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining advanced platforms that enhance developer productivity through GitHub Copilot and automated SDLC processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain platforms supporting GitHub Copilot Custom Agents.
• Build and manage MCP servers, developer context databases, and lightweight RAG pipelines.
• Integrate solutions into SDLC processes through workflow automation and orchestration.
• Ensure compliance with software quality, security, and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to improve developer productivity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, or workflow automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, VS Code, and orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Node.js, or Scala, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with MCP servers and data platforms such as OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, Neo4j, or vector search technologies.
• Strong English communication skills and experience working in international teams.
