Conversion and Retention Agents

TechBiz Global is currently seeking dynamic Conversion and Retention Agents to join a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment within the Capital Market and iGaming sectors. This role is designed for professionals who excel at turning leads into active clients and maintaining long-term engagement through effective communication and strategic relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Engage new leads and convert them into active, long-term clients.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Upsell and cross-sell financial products or services to maximize client value.
• Provide high-level client support to boost overall retention rates.
• Meet and exceed performance-driven KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in English combined with another language such as Spanish, German, Dutch, French, Italian, or Portuguese.
• 1–2+ years of proven experience in conversion or retention roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence client decisions.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong motivation to achieve targets.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure within a target-driven team.
