Conversational AI & Voice AI Specialist

Miratech is seeking a Senior Conversational AI and Voice AI Engineer to design, develop, and optimize advanced voice and chat solutions. This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in building production-ready AI agents and a strong command of the Arabic language.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize conversational AI and voice AI agents for customer-facing use cases.
• Develop and optimize prompts, system instructions, conversation flows, and AI guardrails.
• Configure and optimize RAG, knowledge bases, retrieval strategies, and AI responses.
• Integrate conversational AI solutions using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, conversational AI, or voice AI development.
• Arabic language proficiency and English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level.
• Strong hands-on experience delivering production conversational AI solutions.
• Experience with platforms such as ElevenLabs, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, AI guardrails, and conversation design.
• Practical experience with RAG, knowledge optimization, and REST APIs.
