Contracting and Credentialing Associate (Remote Non-US)

Josi Health is a fast-growing remote healthcare company dedicated to making autism and ADHD diagnostic evaluations and therapy more accessible and efficient for families. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Contracting and Credentialing Associate to manage our end-to-end provider credentialing and payer enrollment lifecycle, ensuring our clinical network remains fully compliant and ready to deliver care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full credentialing and re-credentialing lifecycle for clinical psychologists and therapists.
• Maintain and audit provider profiles in CAQH to ensure all information is current and compliant.
• Perform primary source verifications for licenses, certifications, and malpractice history.
• Prepare, submit, and track provider enrollment applications with various insurance payers.
• Monitor licensure expiration dates and coordinate closely with internal teams to support provider onboarding.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare provider credentialing, payer enrollment, or provider relations.
• High proficiency with CAQH and a strong understanding of NPI registries and primary source verification standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation and data tracking.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for professional interaction with providers and payers.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills for managing complex pipelines and provider data.
