Contract Specialist

micro1 is seeking experienced Contract Specialists to join a project focused on developing a comprehensive suite of commercial agreements. In this role, you will leverage your legal expertise to create high-quality contractual documents that will be used to train next-generation AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of various commercial agreements.
• Produce essential legal documents including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), lease agreements, IP licensing, and marketing agreements.
• Ensure all submitted documents reflect current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
• Submit well-structured, high-quality content that contributes effectively to the project's AI training dataset.
• Maintain clear and professional communication to clarify requirements and ensure deliverables meet project standards.

Requirements

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with significant exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.
• Strong working knowledge of standard commercial agreements and the ability to adapt legal language for real-world scenarios.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure all agreements comply with relevant laws and professional best practices.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while delivering high-quality assignments.
