Precision for Medicine is seeking a dedicated Contracts & Budgets Associate to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the clinical operations process by managing study budgets and overseeing the lifecycle of various legal agreements to ensure study timelines are met.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and negotiate global study budgets based on specific protocol requirements.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements, including confidentiality and clinical study agreements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Maintain contract files and databases, including archiving and tracking the status of negotiations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in contract management, preferably within the clinical research industry.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical research agreements.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global virtual team.
