Precision Medicine Group is seeking a dedicated Contracts & Budgets Associate to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and negotiating European study budgets and managing a variety of legal agreements to ensure clinical operations remain aligned with project timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and negotiate global study budgets based on specific clinical study protocol requirements.
- Review, draft, and negotiate various legal documents, including confidentiality agreements and clinical study agreements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Maintain accurate contract files and databases while proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Provide regular updates to study team members regarding the status of contract negotiations and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in contract management, preferably within the clinical research industry.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical research agreements.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a global, virtual team setting.
