What type of people are we looking for?

• A freelance Content Manager who is comfortable working with clear, client-defined briefs
• Someone who prioritizes efficient execution and delivery over creative concept development
• A strong task-doer who enjoys structured work and well-defined requirements
• A person who has no issue with limited room for creativity and prefers process, organization, and clarity
• Someone reliable, detail-oriented, and focused on meeting deadlines
• A team player who communicates clearly and keeps projects moving forward

What skills and experience are crucial for us?

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for assigned deliverables
• Experience coordinating offline and digital promotional materials (e.g. posters, menus, brochures, programs)
• Ability to work with creative teams (designers, copywriters) and oversee production processes
• Confidence in collecting, structuring, and communicating feedback, as well as ensuring revisions are implemented
• Familiarity with project management tools (knowledge of ClickUp, Miro, or Slack is a strong plus)
• Ability to work independently in a flexible freelance model (approx. 30–40 hours per month, mainly between 9:00–17:00)
• Experience in the hospitality & leisure industry is a nice-to-have

• (negotiable, depends on agreement).
• 50-80 PLN/hour gross
• Choice of contract: B2B or mandate agreement (UZ).
