Content Growth Manager

TripleTen is a dynamic EdTech company dedicated to empowering individuals through tech career learning programs. We are currently seeking a hands-on Content Growth Manager to lead end-to-end asset production and distribution for the US market, helping us drive growth and student success.

Key responsibilities

• Launch three high-value growth projects every month specifically designed to drive user conversion and paid enrollments.
• Independently build interactive assets, such as calculators and skills reports, using AI tools like Claude without relying on external developers.
• Source, hire, and manage freelance teams, including video editors and contractors, while maintaining strict budget control.
• Oversee the full distribution lifecycle of assets across core channels, including email marketing, social media, and sales collateral.
• Implement robust touchpoint analytics to measure content engagement and identify opportunities for funnel optimization.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully building and shipping end-to-end growth projects with supporting case studies.
• Deep understanding of the US adult learner demographic and the ability to create content that provides genuine value.
• High level of AI fluency, with the ability to prototype and deploy interactive tools independently.
• Strong resourcefulness in managing contractors and executing projects autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English communication skills tailored to the US market.
