Consultant, Technical Services - Eightfold and Workday

Groove Global LLC is seeking a Consultant for Technical Services to support the implementation and delivery of technology solutions across our Eightfold and Workday practices. This role is ideal for an early-career consultant eager to expand their expertise into AI-enabled talent solutions while continuing to work within the Workday ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Support Eightfold implementations, including configuration, integrations, testing, data validation, and deployment activities.
• Develop deep expertise in the Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform and its AI-enabled capabilities.
• Support Workday project activities based on certification, experience, and client requirements.
• Partner with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Create and maintain project documentation, testing materials, and client-facing deliverables.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with Workday, enterprise applications, SaaS technology, or systems consulting.
• Current or prior Workday certification in at least one applicable product or technical area.
• Foundational understanding of Workday implementations, configuration, integrations, or reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, distributed, and client-facing consulting environment.
