Consultant SAP HCM

Requirements:

• Knowledge of SAP HCM system (PY module)
• Knowledge in the field of HR and payroll (Poland)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• ABAP knowledge (ability to read code and debug errors)
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills
• Higher education
• Ability to manage own working time
• Resilience to stress and ability to work under time pressure

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of the SAP HCM system and support for system users (PY)
• Configuration of the SAP HCM module
• Direct cooperation with clients regarding current system needs
• Handling requests from the Help Desk platform
• Participation in system development projects
