Consultant

Resilience Insurance Analytics provides market-focused insurance risk analysis, monitoring, and valuation services for commercial lenders and private credit. We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our team and provide sophisticated risk advisory services for complex commercial real estate transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pre-closing risk reviews for commercial real estate transactions, coordinating with lenders and brokers on new loan originations.
• Analyze proposed insurance coverage, identify potential gaps, and recommend risk mitigation strategies including financial reserves and borrower guarantees.
• Prepare comprehensive risk review deliverables and ensure all insurance requirements are met prior to deal closing.
• Collaborate with underwriting and credit teams to mitigate risk exposures by proposing customized solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating them on risk management, market trends, and relevant insurance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Insurance, or a related business field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in property and casualty insurance.
• Proven expertise in transaction management and closing documentation review.
• In-depth working knowledge of the commercial real estate transaction lifecycle.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills.
