Consultant / Senior Consultant – IAM & Secrets Management Delivery

Capco is a global management and technology consultancy dedicated to the finance and energy sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our team and lead strategic initiatives in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Secrets Management within complex enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on the definition and shaping of project charters, including scope, objectives, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive and coordinate end-to-end delivery activities across IAM, PAM, and related cybersecurity initiatives.
• Guide project execution using Agile or Waterfall methodologies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development to support program outcomes.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear implementation plans and executive-level updates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM, PAM, or secrets management within large enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of identity security domains and proven experience delivering complex technology initiatives.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery approaches.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage changing priorities in evolving environments.
