Consent Management Operations Specialist

YOUR ITEAMS sp. z o.o. is looking for a Consent Management Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Consent Management Platform (CMP) and related governance processes, ensuring that consent workflows remain reliable and auditable across all digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and triage incoming CMP-related support requests, coordinating next steps and communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain CMP configurations, including tracking technology metadata, consent banners, templates, translations, and domain-specific settings.
• Execute and monitor recurring web and mobile tracking technology scans to ensure accuracy in cookie policies.
• Support Business Units in keeping tracking technology information up to date and manage CMP user access according to governance principles.
• Maintain comprehensive CMP documentation, onboarding materials, and best practices while supporting audits and regulatory readiness.

Requirements

• Experience with OneTrust or other Consent Management Platforms and privacy technology.
• Background in platform administration, privacy operations, or technical support roles.
• Proven ability to manage support requests and coordinate work across diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of privacy concepts, cookies, tracking technologies, and regulatory-driven operational processes.
• Comfort working with SaaS platforms, ticketing systems, and documentation tools.
