Conceptual Security Expert (AWS)

Billennium is a global technology company with over 20 years of experience delivering innovative IT services and solutions. We are currently seeking a Conceptual Security Expert to design and define security concepts, governance models, and operational processes for AWS cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the access management concept for AWS cloud infrastructure, including RBAC models and segregation of duties.
• Establish comprehensive processes for onboarding, offboarding, privileged access, and regular access reviews.
• Design governance processes for configuration changes, compliance monitoring, and security baselines.
• Create and maintain key management concepts covering the complete cryptographic key lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and compliance stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing security concepts and governance processes specifically for AWS environments.
• Strong expertise in AWS IAM, AWS Organizations, AWS KMS, CloudHSM, and logging services.
• Solid background in Identity and Access Management, RBAC design, and privileged access governance.
• Practical experience with cryptographic key management and formal key ceremony procedures.
• Fluent English skills and a strong understanding of security frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS AWS Benchmark.
