Computer & Information Systems Managers

micro1 is seeking experienced Computer & Information Systems Managers to lead critical technology initiatives and contribute domain expertise to the development of next-generation AI systems. This role focuses on project leadership, vendor oversight, and strategic communication, allowing you to apply your professional background to shape how AI models reason and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans for technology initiatives, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and oversee activities with external vendors to ensure all deliverables meet established service-level agreements.
• Guide project participants, foster effective collaboration, and resolve conflicts to maintain initiative momentum.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and facilitate timely decision-making.
• Deliver concise, actionable reports on status and outcomes to key stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading multi-quarter technology initiatives with full-cycle ownership.
• Demonstrated expertise in team management, cross-functional leadership, and conflict resolution.
• Proven track record of successful vendor management, negotiation, and enforcement of service-level agreements.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex updates for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience producing clear, actionable project documentation and executive-level reports.
