The NETZSCH Group is seeking a dedicated Compliance & Contract Manager to join our global team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our operational integrity by managing complex contractual agreements and overseeing our comprehensive compliance and risk management frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Advise stakeholders on contractual matters, negotiate international commercial agreements, and manage contract-related risks.
- Develop and maintain the Compliance Management System, including policies, internal controls, and risk assessment processes.
- Support global compliance with regulatory requirements such as data privacy, antitrust, anti-corruption, and export controls.
- Conduct internal audits, investigate compliance incidents, and coordinate corrective actions across business units.
- Design and deliver global compliance training initiatives to foster a culture of integrity and awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Law, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Professional experience in compliance, internal audit, corporate governance, or legal functions.
- Strong understanding of commercial processes, ideally within an international industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in contract management, particularly within mechanical or plant engineering sectors.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex regulatory topics into practical business guidance.
