Commercial Real Estate Manager

Micro1 is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Manager to contribute to the development of next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will leverage your industry expertise to provide high-quality, real-world input that shapes how AI models learn, reason, and perform within the commercial real estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert input on commercial real estate concepts, feasibility studies, and property valuations for AI model development.
• Review and analyze commercial lease agreements and contribute to the creation of realistic property management scenarios.
• Deliver clear, detailed written explanations of commercial real estate transactions and market trends for data training purposes.
• Identify nuances in legal and regulatory frameworks affecting commercial real estate across various international markets.
• Participate in iterative feedback cycles to ensure the highest accuracy and quality of project deliverables.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of proven experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Property Valuation Appraiser, or Property Manager.
• Comprehensive knowledge of feasibility studies, lease agreements, and property management strategies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong ability to convey complex real estate concepts clearly and concisely.
• Availability for a minimum of 10+ hours per week to contribute high-quality deliverables.
