Cloud Migration Program Manager

AgileEngine is an Inc. 5000 company that creates award-winning software for Fortune 500 brands and trailblazing startups. We are currently seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex technology initiatives, including product integration and a large-scale AWS-to-GCP cloud migration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical program across multiple engineering teams, driving execution of product integration and cloud migration activities.
• Translate high-level initiatives into detailed workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Work closely with engineering leads to understand architecture, APIs, and databases, helping to unblock technical issues.
• Coordinate testing, validation, parallel runs, data reconciliation, and production cutover readiness.
• Establish processes for roadmap tracking, risk management, and transparent reporting to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, or a comparable technical role.
• Proven track record of leading complex technology programs with significant technical dependencies.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and engineering delivery processes.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and GCP, including migration planning.
• Ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate across geographically distributed teams.
