Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Part-Time, Equity-Only)

Qompyl is an early-stage fintech startup building a mobile-first, visual, and gamified strategy builder that empowers traders to create and refine trading strategies with ease. We are a global, async-first team looking for a Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to help manage, optimize, and scale the cloud infrastructure behind our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, manage, and optimize Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure to support platform growth.
• Deploy and maintain containerized services using Docker and Azure-native technologies.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and automation tools.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and reliability through logging and alerting systems.
• Implement and maintain cloud security best practices, including access controls and encryption.

Requirements

• Experience managing cloud infrastructure, preferably in Microsoft Azure.
• Experience deploying and managing containerized applications using Docker.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and infrastructure best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote team.
