Cloud Finops Analyst

PTT Consulting is seeking a dedicated Cloud FinOps Analyst to join our team and take charge of managing, analyzing, and optimizing cloud and SaaS expenditures across major platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Finance, Cloud Engineering, Platform Ops, and Product teams to drive cost transparency, accountability, and maximize the overall value of our cloud investments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize cloud and SaaS spend across multiple platforms to ensure financial efficiency.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation processes to maintain accurate financial oversight.
• Develop comprehensive reports and governance frameworks aligned with the FinOps methodology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cloud cost optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience with cloud cost management platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Cloudability.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation strategies.
• Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting, with a specific focus on Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Power Query for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong interest in predictive analytics, AI-assisted forecasting, and AI-enabled tools like Microsoft Copilot.
