In this role, you will leverage your deep clinical expertise to train next-generation AI systems, ensuring that models learn and reason based on high-quality, real-world medical data.
Key responsibilities
- Author and review complex evaluation tasks requiring nuanced clinical judgment, utilizing Clinical Study Reports and regulatory correspondence.
- Assess the clinical defensibility of efficacy and safety conclusions to ensure endpoints reflect true clinical significance.
- Apply advanced judgment to dose escalation, toxicity management, and the coherence of patient narratives.
- Evaluate benefit-risk reasoning and identify content that is clinically implausible or internally inconsistent.
- Provide structured, guideline-based written rationales that explain clinical interpretations for a non-clinical audience.
Requirements
- Specialist registration or board certification in medical oncology and/or hematology with over 5 years of post-training experience.
- Direct involvement in clinical trials as an investigator, medical monitor, or clinical development physician.
- Proficiency with CTCAE grading, response criteria such as RECIST or Lugano, and key outcome endpoints.
- Hands-on experience with trial protocols, investigator brochures, and safety narratives.
- Demonstrated excellence in written communication with the ability to explain complex clinical reasoning clearly.
