Clinical Testing Manager

We are seeking a Clinical Testing Manager to lead the validation of our AI solutions, ensuring they adhere to real-world nursing standards and improve patient care outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the clinical testing and validation of AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
• Evaluate AI interactions for clinical appropriateness, accuracy, workflow alignment, and patient communication.
• Aggregate testing findings to identify trends and translate them into actionable recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain clinical test cases, rubrics, and comprehensive testing documentation.
• Serve as a clinical subject-matter expert, advocating for real-world nursing practice throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably with a background in nurse triage, emergency nursing, or critical care.
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate clinical findings for both clinical and technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with a preference for experience in clinical quality, informatics, or healthcare technology.
