Clinical Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire)

Lifeforce is a pioneering longevity medicine program dedicated to helping people optimize their health through advanced diagnostics and personalized protocols. We are currently seeking a Clinical Recruiter to join our team in a contract-to-hire capacity, playing a vital role in our rapid expansion by managing full-cycle recruitment across our clinical and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume requisition load for on-site Registered Nurses, remote telehealth clinicians, and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, licensure needs, and hiring timelines for various markets.
• Source passive clinical and corporate talent through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, professional associations, and niche networks.
• Conduct structured screenings to assess clinical qualifications, licensure status, and alignment with our member-experience model.
• Refine recruitment processes, scorecards, and interview structures to ensure scalable and high-quality hiring practices.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and provide regular reporting on key metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline conversion.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on clinical or healthcare provider hiring.
• Proven success in high-volume on-site RN recruitment across multiple nationwide markets.
• Experience hiring remote telehealth providers, including NPs, PAs, MDs, or DOs, with knowledge of multi-state licensure.
• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms and a track record of managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
