Clinical Operations Lead

Biomapas is seeking a dedicated Clinical Operations Lead to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for the clinical operations of projects at a regional or global level, ensuring that all deliverables, assigned Clinical Research Associates, and investigator sites adhere strictly to the Monitoring Plan, study protocols, GCP, ICH guidelines, and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight of study CRAs to ensure compliance with study protocols, plans, ICH-GCP, and project timelines.
• Develop comprehensive training materials and study tools for sites and CRAs, including monitoring plans.
• Implement effective enrollment and recruitment strategies in collaboration with the clinical project team.
• Proactively manage site and country performance, including recruitment, data collection, and TMF review.
• Perform quality reviews of visit reports to ensure compliance and appropriate site management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Clinical Lead role.
• Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent coordination and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
