Clinical Operations Intern

Infotree Global Solutions is seeking a motivated Clinical Operations Intern to join a dynamic team supporting an innovative biotechnology company. This role offers a unique opportunity for Life Sciences students to gain hands-on experience in clinical trial management while contributing to the development of life-saving therapies in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage trial documentation, including Trial Master File activities such as uploading, indexing, and quality verification to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain critical trial data across internal systems and keep operational trackers up to date.
• Prepare operational reports and presentation materials to support ongoing clinical trial updates.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Clinical Research Associates and Clinical Trial Management Associates.

Requirements

• Active student status in fields such as Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics, or related Life Sciences.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity in graphic design tools like Canva and AI-based software.
• Strong command of English, minimum B2 level, for effective professional communication.
• Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
