Clinical Operations & Enablement Lead

Nucs AI is a venture-backed, early-stage company revolutionizing cancer care through cutting-edge AI and medical imaging technology. We are seeking a Clinical Operations & Enablement Lead to drive our clinical execution engine, bridging the gap between clinical science, product development, and user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare scientific summaries, abstracts, and manuscripts while coordinating publication planning.
• Develop educational programs and training materials to support clinical users and pilot programs.
• Manage the medical annotation team, defining protocols and quality standards for ground-truth data.
• Lead operational coordination of clinical investigations and reader validation studies.
• Conduct literature surveillance and clinical landscape analysis to inform medical and product strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in medical imaging, medical sciences, or a related field.
• Domain expertise in oncology, radiology, or nuclear medicine.
• Strong scientific writing skills with experience contributing to peer-reviewed publications.
• Proven ability to build relationships with key external experts and clinical communities.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge clinical, product, and commercial audiences.
