Clinical Manager, Global

Spring Health is a global mental health company dedicated to eliminating barriers to care through an AI-native platform. We are seeking a Clinical Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team delivering virtual EAP mental health services, ensuring our care remains simple, personal, and effective for every individual.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support the professional growth of clinical team members through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of clinical services, including assessment, crisis intervention, and care coordination.
• Monitor team caseloads and key performance metrics to drive operational excellence and meet internal SLAs.
• Lead the team through rapid organizational change while maintaining clinical quality and adherence to documentation protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to refine clinical models and develop standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Active independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC, MD, RN).
• 3+ years of leadership experience, including managing teams of 15+ members.
• 10+ years of experience in behavioral health, with a strong background in EAP and management consultation.
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams and mentoring frontline staff.
• Ability to work a fixed schedule of Monday through Friday, 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ET.
