Clinical Data Manager / Senior Clinical Data Manager (Contract)

DELFI Diagnostics is a pioneering company developing next-generation, blood-based cancer detection tests. We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Data Manager or Senior Clinical Data Manager to join our team on a contract basis to support critical milestones for our IVD clinical validation studies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ongoing data cleaning, query management, and discrepancy resolution within the study EDC system.
• Conduct reconciliation activities, including sample-to-clinical data verification and medical coding support.
• Support database lock preparation and ensure readiness for CRF freeze.
• Develop and finalize Derived Variable specifications and requirements documentation.
• Review Table, Figure, and Listing specifications against the Statistical Analysis Plan.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on clinical data management experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or diagnostic settings.
• Proven experience supporting database lock activities in clinical trials.
• High proficiency with Medidata Rave EDC systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up and excellent communication skills.
• For the Senior level: 5+ years of experience with expertise in authoring DV or TFL specifications and interpreting Statistical Analysis Plans.
