Clinical Data Manager / Project Data Manager - Sponsor-dedicated, Poland

We are currently seeking a Clinical Data Manager to join our team in a sponsor-dedicated role, where you will collaborate with passionate professionals to shape solutions that impact patient lives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary data management representative on multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Monitor and report key clinical data management metrics, such as data entry status and query resolution, while determining necessary actions.
• Develop and review essential clinical trial documentation, including Case Report Forms, Data Management Plans, and eCRF completion guidelines.
• Collaborate with database programmers to oversee data flow charts, transfer specifications, and import guidelines.
• Provide training and guidance to team members and site staff on data management topics and ensure adherence to GCP and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in clinical data management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in a related allied health profession.
• Proven experience working with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
• Strong background in oncology or inflammatory therapeutic areas is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) environment.
