Clinical Data Management Lead, home-based

IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence. We are currently seeking a Clinical Data Management Lead to join our team in a fully remote capacity, helping to accelerate the development of innovative medical treatments worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding data management deliverables and lead direct negotiations on timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Manage multiple large-scale global studies, ensuring all milestones are met with high quality and technical precision.
• Provide senior leadership and expertise to Data Team Leads, acting as an escalation point for unresolved data issues.
• Oversee the creation and review of data management plans and implement continuous process improvements.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert, contributing to the development and maintenance of core operating procedures and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Approximately 7 years of direct Data Management experience, with at least 5 years serving as a CDM project lead.
• Proven competence in managing the full data management life-cycle for large global trials involving at least 1000 patients.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical data management processes, Good Clinical Practices, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle complex customer negotiations independently.
