CJA Product Modernization Architect (100% Remote)

Allshore Talent is seeking a senior CJA Product Modernization Architect to lead enterprise analytics transformations centered on Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform. This role involves assessing current analytics environments, defining future-state data architecture, and leading complex migrations within a fully remote, cross-functional team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior architect and trusted advisor for enterprise CJA modernization initiatives.
• Lead discovery sessions with executive, analytics, marketing, and engineering stakeholders.
• Define the strategic vision, business case, and roadmap for Adobe Analytics-to-CJA migration.
• Guide the design of XDM schemas, datasets, ingestion, identity, and CJA connection models.
• Establish reconciliation, validation, quality-assurance, and cutover strategies for the platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital analytics, data architecture, or enterprise consulting.
• Deep, direct experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Proven track record of leading at least one enterprise Adobe Analytics-to-CJA migration.
• At least one official Adobe certification clearly listed on the resume.
• Strong ability to advise executive stakeholders and lead complex digital transformations independently.
