Civil Rights Attorney

micro1 is seeking experienced Civil Rights Attorneys to contribute to an impactful project focused on advancing legal understanding within next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will apply your specialized domain knowledge to help train AI models, ensuring they learn, reason, and perform based on high-quality, real-world legal input.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and annotate complex legal documents and case studies related to civil rights law.
• Develop detailed explanations of legal concepts, statutes, and precedents to guide AI learning.
• Draft and refine realistic scenarios and queries to simulate authentic civil rights legal situations.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, legal soundness, and ethical compliance.
• Research and summarize emerging trends, case law updates, and policy developments.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active bar membership in the United States.
• Substantial experience practicing in civil rights law, including litigation or policy analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex legal ideas.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex legal information into accessible formats.
