Chinese Voice Coach

Micro1 is seeking a dedicated Chinese Voice Coach to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will apply your linguistic expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized coaching in Chinese pronunciation, tone, and intonation for learners at varying skill levels.
• Develop and facilitate tailored voice training sessions to ensure participants achieve their unique communication goals.
• Assess learners’ speech patterns and provide actionable feedback to drive measurable improvement.
• Design engaging lesson materials and exercises, utilizing both written and verbal communication methods.
• Collaborate with the team to continually refine voice coaching methodologies and share insights.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Chinese, with clear and precise pronunciation.
• Demonstrated experience in voice coaching, language instruction, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Mandarin phonetics, linguistic nuances, and voice projection techniques.
• Proficiency with remote communication and digital collaboration tools.
• Ability to adapt teaching approaches to cater to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
