Chief Technology and Product Officer

saas.group is looking for a Chief Technology and Product Officer to lead the ScraperAPI team through its next phase of growth. You will oversee a 25-person organization, integrating infrastructure from recent acquisitions into a coherent, AI-native platform while reporting directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product and technology strategy for scraping infrastructure, proxy networks, and data APIs.
• Lead, scale, and develop a 25+ person product and engineering organization across multiple time zones.
• Set the technical architecture direction for high-scale systems, including proxy management and anti-bot evasion.
• Drive AI and modern ML tooling into both the product offerings and internal team workflows.
• Define and execute a unified product roadmap across merged product lines.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience as a CTO, CPO, or VP of Engineering at a technical organization of 25+ people.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in web scraping, proxy infrastructure, or closely adjacent technologies.
• Demonstrated track record of implementing AI/ML solutions and shaping AI-powered product capabilities.
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between high-level product vision and low-level technical architecture.
• Excellent communication skills with experience operating at the board level.
