Chief Operating Officer (COO), Cryptocurrency Exchange

CXM Direct LLC is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the launch and operational scaling of a new cryptocurrency exchange. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to shape a global platform, define its unique value proposition, and drive growth through strategic partnerships and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a global network of introducing brokers and retail partners to drive customer acquisition.
• Define and execute a licensing roadmap across key jurisdictions to ensure compliant operations.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and customer support.
• Implement reliable fiat on- and off-ramp solutions and manage payment service provider relationships.
• Design and deploy essential business infrastructure, including CRM, back-office systems, and BI dashboards.
• Oversee the MVP rollout, user testing, and continuous optimization of the customer journey.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a COO or senior operations leader within a centralized cryptocurrency exchange.
• Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including affiliate models and fiat/crypto flows.
• Strong background in regulatory compliance, risk management, and global licensing processes.
• Expertise in building and managing high-performing, lean teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to define business requirements and oversee the integration of complex technical stacks.
