Chief of Staff

Bjak is a leading insurance and financial platform in Southeast Asia, dedicated to helping people manage their money more effectively. We are currently seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in our AI Neobank expansion, driving strategic execution across our global products, markets, and teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities and manage the overall operating rhythm.
• Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, and operations.
• Prepare concise decision memos, leadership materials, and performance reviews to ensure accountability.
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early to prevent blockers and facilitate sharper trade-offs.
• Own special projects that require senior judgment and cross-functional authority.

Requirements

• Strong operator with proven experience driving strategic execution across diverse teams.
• Excellent judgment, communication, and prioritization skills with the ability to work with senior leadership.
• Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity environments with limited guidance.
• Ability to transition seamlessly from high-level strategy to detailed, high-quality execution.
• Strong background in startups, consulting, fintech, or financial services is a significant advantage.
