Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

CrossFit is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to help shape the next chapter of one of the world's most recognizable brands in health and fitness. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will lead the global finance organization and partner with leadership to drive growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the company's global finance organization and financial strategy.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive growth and operational excellence.
• Develop financial strategies that support innovation and strengthen the affiliate ecosystem.
• Oversee capital allocation, financial planning, and strategic decision-making processes.
• Drive value creation within a high-growth, transformation-focused environment.

Requirements

• Significant executive finance leadership experience with responsibility for large, complex P&Ls.
• Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance executive in a high-growth environment.
• Deep expertise in operational finance and strategic decision-making.
• Private equity experience with a demonstrated history of driving value creation.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive influencing skills.
• CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced financial credentials preferred.
