Key responsibilities

• Utilize proprietary software to provide accurate input and labels for specialized AI training projects.
• Collaborate with technical staff to refine annotation tools and improve model performance.
• Select and solve complex problems across various chemistry subdomains to guide AI research and scientific discovery.
• Interpret and execute tasks based on evolving instructions to ensure the delivery of high-quality data.
• Provide detailed solutions and evaluate model responses to enhance the capabilities of our AI systems.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in a chemistry-related field.
• Deep expertise in subdomains such as Organic, Physical, Analytical, Inorganic, or Medicinal Chemistry.
• Strong ability to navigate information resources and databases effectively.
• Outstanding analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Capacity to exercise autonomous judgment and adapt to a fast-paced, innovative environment.
