Chemistry Expert

micro1 is seeking a Chemistry Expert to contribute advanced domain knowledge to an innovative project focused on training next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will apply your scientific expertise to shape how models learn, reason, and perform by providing high-quality, real-world input, with no prior AI experience required.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze technical chemistry content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
• Produce, edit, and validate experimental write-ups, synthesis reports, and technical analyses.
• Generate detailed explanations of complex chemistry concepts, mechanisms, and processes.
• Assess and fact-check chemical equations, data sets, and various procedural steps.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure all deliverables meet high quality standards.

Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related scientific field.
• Proven experience producing experimental write-ups or technical analyses in academic or industrial settings.
• Strong command of contemporary chemical theory, laboratory techniques, and analytical methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on technical accuracy.
• Detail-oriented approach to reviewing scientific data, documentation, and procedures.
