Channel Manager

Jobgether is seeking a dedicated Channel Manager to drive partner-led growth across Europe by building and expanding a network of cybersecurity resellers, distributors, and managed security service providers. In this role, you will develop strategic partnerships, activate new routes to market, and turn joint business plans into qualified sales opportunities and measurable revenue within a fast-growing cybersecurity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional channel strategy aligned with sales priorities and growth opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, and activate strategic cybersecurity partners, including resellers, distributors, and MSSPs.
• Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans and generate a qualified partner-sourced pipeline.
• Enable partner sales and technical teams through training, workshops, and resource provision.
• Monitor commercial performance, conduct business reviews, and manage accurate revenue forecasting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cybersecurity channel management with a track record of revenue generation.
• Deep expertise in managing partner relationships across multiple European markets.
• Strong ability to recruit, onboard, and develop strategic channel partners.
• Experience collaborating with direct sales teams to support complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
