Change Coordinator

emagine Polska is looking for a dedicated Change Coordinator to join a finance sector project. You will be responsible for steering and coordinating change requirements within the Networks department, ensuring that all processes align with established change management standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review, coordinate, and approve change requirements for the assigned Networks area of responsibility.
• Organize, moderate, and document weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
• Ensure high-quality change planning to minimize risks during implementation.
• Evaluate changes regarding impacts, risks, and dependencies, and provide professional approval or rejection.
• Coordinate changes with various organizational units and customers to resolve scheduling conflicts and inconsistencies.

Requirements

• Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken, for professional communication and documentation.
• Sound knowledge of ServiceNow in the context of Change Management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Change Management.
• Technical knowledge in the area of Network and Firewall infrastructure.
• Strong analytical thinking, risk awareness, and excellent moderation skills.
