micro1 is seeking experienced CFD Engineers to contribute to a project focused on advancing AI technologies within engineering simulation. In this role, you will apply your domain expertise to train next-generation AI systems, ensuring they can accurately interpret and solve complex computational fluid dynamics challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and solve advanced CFD challenges involving mesh generation, turbulence modeling, multiphase flow, and heat transfer.
- Review and assess AI-generated technical responses for correctness, accuracy, and engineering integrity.
- Apply practical engineering judgment to simulation scenarios and theoretical fluid-dynamics questions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot CFD problems using best practices such as mesh independence and convergence analysis.
- Document feedback and provide clear explanations that enhance AI learning and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience conducting and validating CFD simulations in professional industries.
- Deep understanding of Navier-Stokes equations, turbulence modeling, and verification & validation practices.
- Proven ability to analyze fluid flow and heat-transfer problems using industry-standard CFD tools.
- Excellent English proficiency with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
