CEO / Co-founder (Healthtech)

Red Sky is seeking a visionary CEO and Co-founder to lead the creation of a new AI-driven startup in the healthcare and medtech sector. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role where you will build a venture from the ground up, shaping the product, strategy, and organizational culture within a supportive venture-building environment.

Key responsibilities

• Crafting the long-term vision and strategy for the new startup.
• Leading product development in collaboration with engineering, AI, and healthcare design teams.
• Driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, partnerships, and market expansion.
• Building and leading a high-performing founding team while fostering a culture of accountability.
• Representing the venture in discussions with investors, healthcare institutions, and key partners.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven leadership experience in a startup environment.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience within the healthcare or medtech sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to build products or startups from scratch with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong understanding of current AI trends and their application in healthcare.
• C1+ proficiency in both English and Polish.
