Campus LAN Technical Lead

emagine Polska is seeking a Campus LAN Technical Lead to join a project focused on banking infrastructure. This role involves providing technical leadership and operational management for a team of Network Engineers, ensuring the stability and performance of Campus LAN environments in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and coordinate daily tasks for Network Engineers within the Campus LAN product area.
• Oversee operational RUN activities, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Cisco Catalyst systems.
• Act as the primary technical lead for major incidents and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Manage core IT processes including Change, Release, Incident, and Problem Management.
• Support compliance audits, Business Continuity Planning, and Disaster Recovery efforts while maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Cisco CCNA or CCNP Enterprise certification or equivalent professional experience.
• Lancom certification (LCSP).
• Proven experience in technical leadership, team mentoring, and incident management.
• Fluent English language skills.
