HackerRank is a leading platform helping companies identify and upskill the next generation of developers. We are looking for enthusiastic students to join our Campus Crew Ambassador Program, a fully remote experiential learning opportunity designed to foster leadership and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Represent HackerRank on your campus and grow the local developer ecosystem.
• Host engaging workshops, hackathons, and technical sessions for your peers.
• Inspire fellow students to upskill and prepare for technical interviews using HackerRank challenges.
• Collaborate directly with the HackerRank team on creative campus initiatives.

Requirements

• Current college student with a genuine passion for technology.
• Ability to commit 4 to 6 hours per week to program activities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead initiatives confidently.
• Basic knowledge of coding and active involvement in tech clubs or community organizing.
