CAD Support Specialist with German (BricsCAD / AutoCAD)

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for CAD Support Specialist with German (BricsCAD / AutoCAD).

Your duties will include:

• Providing 1st and 2nd level technical support for CAD and planning tools
• Analyzing customer issues and delivering structured solutions
• Documenting support cases (descriptions, screenshots, recordings)
• Acting as an interface between customers and internal teams
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Developing training concepts for different user levels
• Preparing training materials (tutorials, videos, guides)
• Identifying recurring issues and root causes
• Translating business needs into product and process inputs
• Providing structured feedback to Product Management and Engineering

Requirements that must be met:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field
• Practical experience with BricsCAD and/or AutoCAD
• Basic knowledge of formwork and scaffolding systems
• Experience in creating technical documentation and training materials
• Strong ability to handle technical customer inquiries
• Analytical and solution-focused approach
• Very good English and German

Responsibilities
