CAD Design Engineer (Extrusion Tooling)

Darize is currently expanding the competence center for a global leader in polymer-based solutions, focusing on the development of advanced extrusion tooling. We are looking for a skilled CAD Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and optimization of high-performance extrusion dies and related manufacturing components.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop extrusion tools, including dies and matrices.
• Create manufacturing-ready 3D models, detailed technical drawings, and comprehensive bills of materials.
• Optimize existing extrusion tooling to enhance overall performance and production efficiency.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and adhere to structured design workflows.
• Execute assigned tasks independently with a reliable and professional approach.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience working with SolidWorks.
• Proven background in the design and development of extrusion tooling.
• Ability to produce high-quality 3D models and technical documentation.
• Experience in optimizing extrusion tools for industrial applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively within international teams.
