C++ Engineer, Mid (+Java)

B3 Consulting Poland is looking for a skilled C++ Engineer to join our international team. You will be responsible for building a new licensing model from scratch and ensuring seamless integration across various platforms in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Developing a new licensing model in C++ focused on user entitlement and processing large data sets.
• Integrating the solution with existing desktop, web, server, and batch applications, including Java-based components.
• Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Collaborating with product teams on code reviews, requirements adjustments, and infrastructure updates.
• Maintaining internal technical documentation to ensure high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in C++, which will be the primary focus of your daily tasks.
• Hands-on experience with Java, allowing you to work effectively at the intersection of both technologies.
• Fluent English communication skills at a C1+ level for daily collaboration in a distributed team.
• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to share ideas and solve complex problems together.
• Openness to working with additional technologies such as JavaScript and Python.
