C++ Developer

YourITeams is looking for a skilled C++ Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of an advanced uncrewed traffic management system for drones. In this role, you will design and implement robust software components that operate within a large-scale technical infrastructure, directly impacting drone pilots and operations on an international scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality C++ software components for our traffic management system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex operational requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Work on large-scale infrastructure elements to ensure optimal system scalability, performance, and availability.
• Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and the continuous improvement of development practices.
• Document technical designs and contribute to the creation of system operational procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in C++ development.
• Proven experience working with large-scale or distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Linux/UNIX environments and Linux C++ toolchains.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a focus on software reliability.
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices, version control, and automated testing.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
